ITB - North Road Terminal (NRT) Apron Improvements Project - APF

The City of Naples Airport Authority (“Authority”) is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors with the necessary certifications and licenses for the North Road Terminal (NRT) Apron Improvements project. The project consists primarily of airfield improvements to the NRT Apron and is divided into five (5) distinct elements:

• Base Bid – reconstruction of the existing apron asphalt pavement
• Additive 1 – widening of the existing Taxiway A asphalt apron connector 
• Additive 2 – realignment and expansion of the existing Taxiway C asphalt apron connector
• Additive 3 – expansion of the apron asphalt pavement (including work from Additives 1 and 2), removal of existing Taxiway T, and construction of two additional apron connectors
• Additive 4 – expansion of the southeast side of the apron

Additional project components include installation of new high-mast apron lighting, airfield drainage modifications, new pavement markings, and replacement of airfield lighting and signage. All Bidders are advised that the Project may be funded in part by State and Federal Grant funds, therefore, all Federal and State mandatory provisions shall apply to this Contract.

Important Dates:

• Bid Submittal Deadline: The proposals must be received by Thursday, May 29, 2025, by 10:00 a.m. Local Time.  Proposals must be submitted in physical form and will not be accepted by email. 
• A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit will be held at our General Aviation Terminal, 160 Aviation Drive N., 2nd Floor Larson Conference Room, Naples, FL 34104, on Monday, May 5th, 2025, at 11:00 AM Local Time.
