ITB-Perimeter Fence Replacement 2025 project

he City of Naples Airport Authority (“Authority”) is soliciting sealed Bids from qualified contractors for the Perimeter Fence Replacement 2025 project. The project includes the removal of existing galvanized chain-link fencing and replacement with a 7-foot-high, black, PVC-coated chain-link fence with barbed wire and a concrete pad. Also included is the installation of new manual swing gates and slide gates, as well as associated incidental activities necessary to complete the work in accordance with the project specifications and drawings. The project has been broken into a Base Bid and seven (7) Bid Alternates.

Important Dates:

• (Non-Mandatory) Pre-Bid Meeting/Site Visit: Monday, June 16, 2025, 10:00 a.m. Local Time at the General Aviation Terminal, 2nd Floor, Larson Conference Room, 160 Aviation Drive North, Naples, FL, 34104.
• Bid Submittal Deadline: The proposals must be received by Friday, July 25, 2025, by 10:00 a.m. Local Time.  Proposals must be submitted in physical form and will not be accepted by email.
