Manager, Business Intelligence

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) is committed to data-driven decision making as we transform Orlando International Airport into a world-class experience center. We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Business Intelligence Manager to lead the development, management, and evolution of enterprise data analytics platforms and reporting solutions that enable GOAA’s leadership to make informed, timely, and strategic decisions. The Business Intelligence Manager will oversee data integration, reporting, visualization, and advanced analytics initiatives that span airport operations, customer experience, financial performance, and strategic planning.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or enterprise reporting (aviation or transportation industry experience preferred).
• Expertise in BI platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SAS, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or equivalent).
• Experience with data warehouse design, ETL processes, APIs, and enterprise data integration.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, operational metrics, and business drivers within complex organizations.
• Proven leadership and project management experience.
• Excellent communication skills to translate data into clear business insights for all organizational levels.
