The City of Tallahassee, Florida (“City”), on behalf of the Tallahassee International Airport (“TLH” or “Airport”), invites qualified hotel development teams, including real estate developers, hotel owners/operators, vertiport developers, and other industry professionals (“Respondents”) to submit sealed, competitive Proposals for the financing, design, construction, management, operation, and maintenance of at least one (1) full-service hotel with meeting and conference space, along with other compatible commercial operations and amenities that support hotel activity, as outlined in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”).
