DECONSTRUCTION OF LEGACY AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER (ATCT) AND BASE BUILDING FACILITY

The Lee County Port Authority (“Authority”) invites all interested and qualified parties to provide
the qualifications for the above referenced solicitation.
SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: All documents and instructions for submittals will be available on

PRE-BID MEETING: An in-person Pre-Bid Meeting with Site Visit to follow is scheduled for
2:00 p.m., Friday, February 6, 2026 at Lee County Port Authority located at Southwest Florida
International Airport, 11000 Terminal Access Road, 3rd floor, Fort Myers, FL 33913 in the Wright
Brothers Conference Room.
RECEIVING AND OPENING: Bids must be received electronically through IonWave by 2:00
p.m., Monday, March 2, 2026. The Authority will open the electronic submissions remotely
