The Lee County Port Authority (“Authority”) invites all interested and qualified parties to provide
the qualifications for the above-referenced solicitation.

SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: All documents and instructions for submittals will be available on

A NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING and SITE VISIT is scheduled for Monday, March 30,
2026 at 9:00 a.m. local time. This meeting will be conducted in person at Page Field Base
Operations, Pacific Seminar Room – 2nd Floor, 5200 Captain Channing Page Drive, Fort Myers,
FL 33907.

RECEIVING AND OPENING: Submittals must be received electronically through OpenGov by
2:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, April 23, 2026. Lee County Port Authority will open the
electronic submissions remotely via Google Meet: http://meet.google.com/zhq-spdk-mpx
