The Lee County Port Authority (“Authority”) invites all interested and qualified parties to provide
the qualifications for the above referenced solicitation.

SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: All documents and instructions for submittals will be available on
Friday, March 20, 2026 online at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/flylcpa, powered by
OpenGov.

MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: An in-person Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting with Mandatory
Site Visits to follow is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 27, 2026 at the Lee County Port
Authority’s ARFF Station 92 Training Room located at 17211 Perimeter Road, Fort Myers, FL
33913. Potential Bidders are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting. Attendees must have
the ability to communicate with the Authority at this meeting and must provide a company and
representative name for the attendance register and to also be able to ask questions or request
clarifications.

RECEIVING AND OPENING: Bids must be received electronically through OpenGov by 2:00
p.m., Tuesday, April 21, 2026. The Authority will open the electronic submissions remotely
