RE-BID of On-Airport Rental Car Concessions at Tallahassee International Airport

The City of Tallahassee, Florida (“City”), on behalf of the Tallahassee International Airport (“TLH” or “Airport”), is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified firms to provide rental car concession services at the Airport.

(Mandatory) Pre-Bid Meeting (Hybrid): Thursday, July 30, 2026, 9:00 a.m. EST by MS Teams meeting OR Dial in by phone.

Bid Question Deadline: The questions must be received by Thursday, August 6, 2026, by 10:00 a.m. EST.  Questions must be submitted via Online Portal. 

Bid Submittal Deadline: The proposals must be received by Wednesday, September 2, 2026, by 2:30 p.m. EST.  Proposals must be submitted via Online Portal.
